Joie de Vivre is the name of a fabric line designed byLuanna Rubin and Robert Kaufman to benefit breast cancer research. It is French for joy of life. It was made for the life love hope quilt challenge contest by Bernina. When I found this fabric I loved it and then when I found out why it was made it became even more special. The repeat center design is especially beautiful and is what I used for the pocket.
This fabric is no longer available and I have used up what I have.
There is feather stitching along the borders
The muslin is 200 count premium Moda muslin for softness and durability. I especially like the weight and feel of muslin for aprons.
